Returns

Paintings

I accept returns if you feel the painting does not meet your expectations. However, you must contact me here within 7 days after receiving your painting to arrange a return & refund. It is your responsibility to return the painting to me safely within 14 days in its original unused state provided with the original undamaged packaging. You must cover your own shipping costs. I can only refund you once I receive the painting. A full refund will be made by the same method with which you paid, within thirty days. Returned paintings must reach me in their original condition and be re-saleable for customers to be eligible for a refund.

Prints

I accept returns if you feel the print does not meet your expectations. However, you must contact me here within 7 days after receiving your print to arrange a return & refund. It is your responsibility to return the print to me safely within 14 days in its original unused state provided with the original undamaged packaging. You must cover your own postage costs. I can only refund you once I receive the item. A full refund will be made by the same method with which you paid, within thirty days. Returned art prints must reach me in their original condition and be re-saleable for customers to be eligible for a refund.


Damages and issues

Paintings

Paintings are shipped in wooden packing cases. Apart from a few small paintings on paper, my paintings are made from combinations of MDF (Medium Density Fibreboard), softwood, hardwood, plywood, and OSB (Oriented Strand Board). In other words your shipment should be resilient to any knocks. If however your painting is damaged, then please contact me here within 7 days after receiving your painting.

Prints
In the unlikely case of postal damage:
I always ensure that your print is carefully packaged in a strong cardboard tube to protect it from damage. However, if this happens in the hands of the postage system, you may contact me within 7 days of receiving your print with photos of its condition to arrange a return. I can only provide a full refund once the print has been shipped back to me. Once I receive the item, I can arrange a full refund.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Sale paintings and prints, namely those discounted, cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund, unless in the unlikelihood it arrives damaged in the post. Again, you must contact me within 7 days to arrange this.


Exchanges

I do not accept exchanges.


Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
